FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Lobby Greeters:

Provide a friendly and approachable presence in the lobby, helping people feel welcomed and cared for. Encouraging connection and engagement as guests arrive or leave.

Atmosphere Team:

Create a warm and inviting first impression for everyone arriving at church. Make people feel seen, valued, and excited to enter the service. This passionate team floats around our facility, holding fun signs & connecting with people as they arrive. They create a positive and fun environment as people walk through the door.

Caffeine Nation: 

This energetic team serves by providing beverages to the guests of All Nations Church. They enjoy connecting with guests through a warm welcome and authentic conversation.

Parking Team: 

This team is truly on the front lines. Sun, rain, snow and everything in between, this team is outside directing traffic and making sure everyone feels comfortable and welcome as they approach the building. It might be helping someone know where to go, offering an umbrella to keep a family dry or simply smiling, waving, and being friendly.

Inside Usher:

Ensure guests feel welcomed and have a positive seating experience. Help create a comfortable and distraction free environment for worship, and Sunday  message.

Outside Usher:

Support a smooth and organized entry and exit for attendees. Help everyone feel guided and comfortable as they come into the service.

Sharing Table:

Provide a welcoming and secure place for contributions, reflecting care and integrity. Encourage generosity while connecting with attendees. This role helps stewart the generosity God places in each person's heart.

LOVE CREW Care Team (Hospitality):

Support and care for the serving team by providing a homemade or store bought team meal! It strengthens the volunteer community and promotes a culture of care.
