They create environments where families feel welcome, kids feel safe, and guests feel at home. They don’t just set up a church. They prepare the way.

From unloading trailers and setting up signage, to creating welcoming spaces and packing everything away at the end of the day - this team makes church happen.

This is a behind-the-scenes team with an eternal impact.

You might:

• Unload and load trailers

• Set up signage, flags, and welcome areas

• Arrange chairs and auditorium spaces

• Prepare Kid Nation

• Help with audio/visual and stage setup

• Pack everything away with excellence at the end of service

No experience needed — just a willing heart.

You’ll laugh and build friendships while serving with purpose.
